Progressive Change CDC
Progressive Change CDC was founded in 2013 with the mission of standing with the community to creative positive disruptive change. Founded by the West Philadelphia Financial Services Institution (WPFSI), Progressive Change facilitates community development, community planning, and communication education.
Our Initiatives
The Fourth District Container Village, an urban retail mall made from refurbished shipping containers that Progressive Change CDC serves as co-developer with the West Philadelphia Corridor Collaborative.
